1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following locations:
- Domestic: Across Belgium.

We partner with DPD to ensure reliable and efficient delivery of your orders.
3. Shipping Options and Delivery Times
Domestic Shipping (Belgium):
- Standard Delivery: 1–2 business days.
- Express Delivery: Next business day (orders placed before [cut-off time, e.g., 2 PM]).
International Shipping (EU and Other Countries):
- Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination.
- Weight and dimensions of the package.
- Selected shipping method.
Free shipping is available for orders over €99 within Belgium.
5. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your shipment via the DPD website or app.
7. Delivery Attempts
DPD will make up to two delivery attempts. If the delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be redirected to the nearest DPD Pickup Point for collection.
8. Missing or Delayed Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time:
- Check the tracking information provided.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or other logistical issues beyond our control.
9. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Notify us within 3 Days of receiving the damaged package or the expected delivery date.
- Provide photos of the damaged package (if applicable) for assessment.
- We will work with DPD to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund.
10. International Shipping and Customs
For international orders:
- Customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
- Please check your country’s import regulations before placing an order.
